EasyMailSetup v3.1 – NOW LIVE

After hearing from many clients that they would like to see an earlier release of the enhanced EasyMailSetup, we are pleased to announce that the new EasyMailSetup is NOW LIVE.

EasyMailSetup is our Email account management tool which allows account managers to view, add, delete, and modify Email accounts. Users can monitor the number of Email accounts remaining in use; set-up aliases; catch-alls; create and manage auto-responders; set SPAM filtering options; monitor space usage per user and per account; view activity logs - all from the one interface.

The updated EasyMailSetup provides a great new look as well as greatly expanded features and functionality. The new EasyMailSetup enables administrators and users of any skill level to easily create and manage Email accounts. These enhancements will improve the overall customer experience while also reducing the need for technical support.

Key feature enhancements include:

• Better User Experience: Redesigned user interface incorporating dashboard visuals for improved user experience (consistent with the look and feel of Announcer Pro, EasyStoreMaker Pro and other HostSellers products). The user experience is further enhanced through the use of wizards to help users of all knowledge levels quickly and easily manage their Email accounts.

• Better Help: Additional help/troubleshooting documentation including Email FAQ’s, Setup Instructions, Support Request Forms, and Tips for reducing junk mail. The application also features an integrated support request form and troubleshooting analysis tool, which checks for domain configuration issues.

• EasyMail Desktop Setup: A new Email setup wizard greatly simplifies the setup process on Outlook.

• Multi-Account Editing: For domain administrators with many Email accounts to manage, there is now an easy way to apply change to multiple (or all) accounts at the same time, instead of making changes one by one.

• Outlook 2007 Auto Discover: Support for Outlook 2007 Auto Discover. Auto configuration of POP/SMTP/IMAP settings through Outlook 2007.

Customers are not required to upgrade their service in order to access the enhanced EasyMailSetup application through the WebsiteOS Control Panel. All existing Email accounts within the existing EasyMail application will appear and function with no user interaction.
