Earlier this week we launched our brand new website design. Here are furter details about what's new.

Monthly Payment Option Added
HostSellers is pleased to announce that we now offer monthly payment options on most of our Website and Email hosting products.

Until now we offered only quarterly and annual payment options.

The best savings continue to be offered on pre-paid annual plans but for those who require the flexibility of monthly payments, this option is now available.

We have added three new Website Hosting products which fills a gap that had existed between our previous plans.

At the starter end, we now offer two new entry level Personal Class hosting plans:

BASIC
76mb of server space. 8GB monthly bandwidth. 30 Personal Class mailboxes.
Prices start at $5/month when paid annually.

Domain Pointing Price Reduction
We have reduced the price on our Domain Pointing plan from $27/year to $24/year.

Our Domain Pointing plan allows you to redirect any domain name and email to another existing domain name. This product is ideal if you have multiple variations of your main domain name. For example, yourdomain.net can be redirected to yourdomain.com. A catch-all email also allows you to redirect all email and send it to another mailbox.

New Email Hosting Products Added + Price Reductions
HostSellers has expanded its offering of Email hosting plans.

We have added Email x100 and Email x1,000 products to our existing Email x3 and Email x10 plans. We have also added an Email Forwarding plan. While Email Forwarding plan is not new, it is a renamed and duplicate of our Domain Pointing plan. This product allows the user to redirect any URL to another URL as well as redirect a catch-all mailbox to forward all email to another email address. We noticed that some users were buying our Domain Pointing plan to use the Email forwarding feature only so we have duplicated the product and given it a specific "Email Forwarding" plan name. All Email Hosting plans continue to include Domain Pointing as an added feature.

We are also pleased to announce some modest price reductions to our existing Email x3 and Email x10 plans:
Email x3 prepaid annually has been reduced from $82.44/year to $81.60.
Email x10 prepaid annually has been reduced from $175.92/year to $174.00

New VMS Products Added + Price Reductions
We are pleased to introduce an entirely new VM Servers product line: VMS Plus is a Windows Enhanced version of our current VMS line.

The difference between the two versions is that the VM Servers Plus product line includes support for ASP.net, ASP Server, and ColdFusion MX applications.

HostSellers is also pleased to announce the addition of a VMS 5 product to both the basic and enhanced versions of VMS. A VMS 5 is an entry level product which is ideally suited for business that manage up to five domains.

And lastly but not least, we are pleased to announce price reductions on our existing VMS product line!

These price reductions range from $120/year OFF the old price of a VMS 10, to $1,080/year OFF the old price of a VMS 75.

Email Capacity Increased
HostSellers will be making significant enhancements to our Email offering over the coming months. As part of these enhancements, on September 3, 2007, we increased Email box storage for all hosting plans at no additional cost. Details are as follows:

Single Domain Name - Business-Class Email and Email Hosting Plans
* Email storage increase from 100MB to 250MB per mailbox
Single Domain Name - Personal Class Hosting Plans
* Email storage increase from 50MB to 100MB per mailbox
VM Server - Hosting with Email (includes Windows Enhanced version)
* Email storage increase from 100MB to 250MB per mailbox

DB Manager 3.0 and MySQL 5.0 Support
HostSellers recently launched our latest version of Database Manager. DB Manager Version 3.0 will allow the user to run MySQL 4.0 databases, as the current version does. The new database manager application will also feature support for MySQL 5.0 databases through the same interface.

Along with this added support of the newest version of MySQL, we have increased the default number of databases allowed per domain from 2 to 3. Users will be able to have MySQL 4 and 5 databases simultaneously if desired, giving users more freedom in their database account management.

This application upgrade will not affect any current databases that a user has created through the DB Manager. All existing MySQL 4.0 databases will function under the same username and passwords that the user has set. Access to creating MySQL 5.0 databases will be accessible for existing users as well.

osCommerce
osCommerce is a popular open source E-Commerce application used by online businesses globally. HostSellers' new osCommerce support applications feature a built-in osCommerce installation wizard along with professionally designed store templates, custom built for use with osCommerce. With the launch of this application, HostSellers helps bring the powerful osCommerce E-Commerce solution into the hands of all store designers.

Photo Album makes it easy for users of any ability to create an online album to share digital photos with friends, colleagues and customers. It features an easy-to-use interface from which users can upload images, add photo descriptions, and publish their album online.

PHP 5.0 Upgrade
HostSellers recently upgraded from PHP 4.4.1 to PHP 5; this will allow users to take advantage of the additional features and benefits available in PHP 5.

If a user wishes to continue using PHP 4.4.1, a PHP Manager application in WebsiteOS will allow you to specify which version of PHP you would like to use. By default, the PHP Manager will assume PHP 5.
